Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a small team
Deliver premium customer service and build repeat customers
Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
Manage inventory, stock flow and in-store operations
Drive weekly sales targets and KPIs
Oversee opening/closing procedures and store performance
About you
Strong retail management experience
Confident, reliable and proactive leadership style
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Passion for sneakers, fashion and culture
Ability to work across weekdays and weekends
