Assistant Manager - Goodies Group (La Buvette/Bar Copains/Bessies/Vin-Cenzo’s)

The Goodies is a growing hospitality group founded by Nathan & Sali Sasi and Morgan McGlone, known for their commitment to thoughtful food, generous, warm service and neighbourhood-driven hospitality. Our venue's currently include:

• Bar Copains (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, friendly neighbourhood wine bar celebrating friendship and French bistro charm.

• Bessies (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, Mediterranean wood fire restaurant focusing on Food, Fire + Friends.

• Alma’s (Surry Hills): A cocktail bar within Bessies, focusing on the classics and good times

• Vin-Cenzo's (Darlinghurst): A two-hatted, European - Italian leaning restaurant + supper club, underpinned by old school hospitality charm

• La Buvette (Potts Point): An intimate French wine bar opening in August 2026
  

We are currently recruiting for Assistant Manager's across the group.

These roles play a huge role in the ongoing successful operations of our venues, and are key culture drivers within our teams. You will have an unwavering commitment to genuinely warm hospitality, be able to bring the best out of those around you, and be an ambassador for our group and venues.

We want people who want to grow within the industry, and to help with this you will be supported by our Venue Managers and Group Managers, who are dedicated to your professional progression within the wider group
