Key Responsibilities include

• Manage compliance requirements for approximately 70 schools, ensuring all technicians have completed site inductions and hold valid police checks etc.

• Organise apprentice paperwork and employee onboarding

• Spare parts cataloging

• Raise and Schedule jobs for Schools

• Order required parts and materials.

• Customer portal management and compliance

• Timesheets / Payroll

• Upload documents and claim attendance through FM Web (Government portal)

• Oversee vehicle compliance, including:

  • Maintaining current registration

  • Booking inspections and servicing

  • Updating roadside assistance details

  • Lodging insurance claims as required

• Provide overflow support to the Service Coordinator, assisting with day-to-day tasks and covering during periods of leave.

• SimPRO scheduling and job creation (SimPRO experience highly beneficial)
