Site Manager (High End Custom)

THE CLIENT:

We are currently working with a well-established high-end residential builder with 30+ years of experience, specialising in architecturally designed, multi-million-dollar homes across Melbourne’s premium suburbs and the Yarra Valley.

The business is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee 2 high-end residential homes simultaneously.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects generally valued between $2M–$10M+, including:

• High-end architectural new homes
• Complex basements and structural works
• Extensions and major renovations
• Bespoke architectural detailing and premium finishes
• Managing trades, sequencing, quality and program
• Working directly with clients, architects, consultants and the internal project team

Projects will be predominantly across Melbourne, with one project potentially located in the outer north-east.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven background in high-end/custom residential architectural construction as a site manager/site supervisor. 
• You’ll ideally have experience delivering multi-million-dollar homes, strong trade and subcontractor management skills, and the ability to manage clients, architects and consultants throughout the build confidently.
• Must have a driver's licence
• Must Have Full Australian Working Rights

PACKAGE & LOCATION:

• $130k–$150k + Super + Car, depending on experience and project delivery background.
• We’re particularly interested in candidates based in Melbourne’s Eastern, Outer Eastern or North-Eastern suburbs, given the location of the projects.
