Change Analyst

Profectus is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a regulatory reform program within an Australian Government agency. The role sits within a program delivering new processes, tools and technology to administer significant legislative change. The work centres on supporting User Acceptance Testing and Go Live activities with business stakeholders, including preparing communications and supporting material, running surveys and feedback activities, tracking change progress and working with delivery teams to build change activity into agile workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change materialSupport stakeholder engagement activities, including collection and analysis of feedbackSupport business readiness, User Acceptance Testing and Go Live activities for new technology solutionsMonitor and report on tactical change progress, identifying risks and escalating issuesWork with project teams, business analysts and subject matter experts to build change activities into agile delivery workflowsSupport resistance management by responding to stakeholder concerns and offering practical solutionsPrepare clear and concise documentation, reporting and presentation material for a range of audiencesAnalyse change and adoption data and present findings to program leadershipEnsure change activities align with organisational standards, policies and work health and safety requirements
Required ExperienceUp to three years experience in change management or a closely related disciplineHands on experience working within a complex program of workExperience in agile environments, including support for User Acceptance Testing, technology Go Live and customer service projectsStrong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to produce clear and concise documentation and reportingSkilled in data analysis and presentation of findingsSelf motivated, with a willingness to learn and a practical approach to delivery
Desirable ExperienceExperience working within a complex program in an Australian Government agencyTertiary qualifications in a relevant disciplineProsci or ADKAR change management knowledge
Security Clearance RequirementsMust be an Australian CitizenMust have an active Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
Working ArrangementsHybrid, Canberra (preferred)Candidates in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane will also be considered.
