Line Cooks - Pans, Larder and Dessert

The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for Line Cooks across our Pans. Larder and Dessert sections to join the team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

20-30 hours available

What we are looking for

• 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant (200+ pax)

• Previous experience in Pans, Larder or Dessert sections

• Passion for quality food and premium hospitality

• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded

• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
