Delivery & Furniture Handling Team Member (Full-Time Hours)

Pickup Pals – North Lakes

Pickup Pals is one of the Sunshine Coast’s fastest-growing delivery and small-moves businesses and are expanding to North Lakes, known for being professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. We deliver furniture and bulky items into people’s homes for everyday customers and major retailers.

We’re not a typical removals company — we focus on presentation, customer service, and a positive team culture.

We’re now looking for a reliable team member who wants stable, full-time work.

You’ll be:

• Delivering and handling furniture and bulky items

• Working either solo in a ute or as part of a 2-person truck crew

• Entering customers’ homes and representing our business professionally

• Loading and unloading using proper equipment (ramps, straps, tail lifts)

• Following simple systems and job instructions

This is active, hands-on work — you’ll be lifting, walking, and moving items throughout the day.

No two days are the same, but consistency and reliability matter more than experience.

• Is physically fit and comfortable with daily manual work

• Has a full manual driver’s licence

• Is reliable, punctual, and communicates well

• Is polite and professional with customers

• Takes pride in doing a job properly

• Wants stable, ongoing work with a growing local business

Previous removals or delivery experience is helpful but not required.

Trades, warehouse, logistics, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on backgrounds suit this role well.

Training is provided.
