Bakery Assistant (Future Baker Pathway)

$55k–$65k salary depending on skill & experience

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our bakery team and develop their skills in a professional artisan bakery environment.

The role includes:

• Working across a rotating roster throughout the week

• Some early morning starts (5:00am) on selected days depending on the production schedule — not every day

• Finishing earlier on early-start days and enjoying afternoons free

• Learning and supporting different areas of bakery production

• Working with experienced bakers with ongoing training and guidance

• Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency

• Contributing ideas, creativity, and passion to our evolving menu
