GreenInc delivers high-quality commercial landscape construction and maintenance services, creating sustainable green spaces across a range of environments. Our services include landscape installation, irrigation, planting, paving, turfing, earthworks, retaining walls and more.

The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking two commercially experienced Landscapers to join our Green Inc team across a variety of commercial projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role requires delivering commercial landscape projects, using a range of tools and hands-on skills to meet client requirements and create high-quality outdoor spaces. There are two full-time positions available at our Edinburgh site in Adelaide, SA. The roles operate Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am – 1:30pm, offering excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver commercial landscaping works, including installation and irrigation
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant worksites and equipment
• Follow SOPs and safety processes to minimise risks
• Support the team, provide great customer service, and step up to guide others when needed
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
• Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

About You – The Ideal Candidate:

• 4 - 5 years commercial experience
• Cert III Horticulture & Landscape Trade certificate
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Reliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work within a team and independently
• Experienced labourers with machine operation experience & certification will be considered
• Current Driver’s Licence, White Card, and National Police Clearance
• Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
