About the role
Are you passionate about creating welcoming, engaging experiences and using data to make a difference? We’re looking for a Part-time Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting participants and delivering meaningful outcomes through our nationally recognised STEM programs – and other exciting initiatives.
This is more than just a support role – it’s a chance to influence how programs are experienced and evolved.
As the first point of contact for our program participants, you’ll ensure every interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with our values.
Key accountabilities include:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure effective program delivery.
Coordinate participant onboarding, including paperwork verification, payments, surveys, data analysis and reporting.
Support planning and delivery of selection panels, stakeholder meetings, events and participant newsletters.
Build and maintain productive relationships with partners, stakeholders and program participants.
Support reporting and program administration through correspondence, data management and managing general enquiries.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture where our values of empathy, collaboration, and integrity shine through
Has a curious and analytical mind, with expertise in using technology to interogate data and attention to detail.
Is highly organised and thrives in a structured environment with multiple moving parts.
Demonstrates high levels of professionalism and a collaborative approach to support outcomes and a thriving program experience.
Demonstrates confident and clear communication skills, including written, verbal.
Values teamwork and demonstrates a strong collaborative approach to support the program, participants, colleagues and diverse stakeholders.
Desirable
Relevant tertiary studies or equivalent workplace experience
