EST Clinic is expanding, and we are seeking an Experienced Cosmetic Nurse to join our team. With clinics located in both Box Hill and Melbourne City, the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work across both locations according to the roster.

EST Clinic Box Hill is located on level 2 of Ekera Medical Centre, a short walk from Box Hill Hospital and Epworth Eastern Private Hospital. EST Clinic Box Hill is not just a cosmetic clinic but also a training center offering numerous innovative clinical trials and training programs.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time/part time Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cosmetic aesthetic treatments and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. You will work closely with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide professional advice, and ensure safe, effective treatments.

Experience Requirement: Current registration with AHPRA, with at least 1 years of experience or equivalent qualifications in the cosmetic and beauty industry.

Remuneration: Hourly rate + Superannuation dependent on experience.

Working Time:  Full-time/Part time

To be Successful: 

Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is desirable 

Experience using medical-grade devices (e.g., Ultherapy) and providing cosmetic aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle treatments and Rejuran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cosmetic aesthetic treatments such as Anti-wrinkle Treatments, Skin Boosters, Rejuran, and Ultherapy.

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and provide personalised treatment plans

• Proactively conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor recovery, ensure patient satisfaction, and address any immediate concerns

• Actively manage a personal client portfolio by driving patient retention, securing re-bookings, and encouraging adherence to long-term treatment plans

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes

• Identify opportunities to recommend complementary clinic services and skincare products tailored to the patient's ongoing aesthetic goals

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe, sterile environment

• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and products

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patients 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in addressing various aesthetic concerns, including Skin-rejuvenation and Anti-aging treatments, while staying updated on industry trends.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster patient loyalty and satisfaction.
