Real Estate Associate-Entry Level

About the Role

An opportunity is available for an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Associate to work directly alongside an established McGrath Sales Agent.

This role is ideal for someone who has completed their real estate training and is ready to start their career in real estate sales.

Previous real estate experience is not required. We're looking for someone motivated, confident, hardworking and eager to learn.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the sales process while working with an established database, building client relationships and developing your prospecting and lead-generation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling
• Following up orphan leads and database contacts
• Nurturing prospective sellers and identifying opportunities
• Booking appraisals
• Buyer enquiry and follow-up
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections
• Following up prospective vendors and appraisals
• Managing and maintaining the client database
• Door knocking and letterbox prospecting
• Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
• Preparing sales paperwork
• Building relationships with homeowners, buyers and the local community
• Supporting the agent throughout the sales process

About You

• Current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate required
• No previous real estate experience necessary
• Confident speaking with people and using the phone
• Motivated, reliable and organised
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Positive and willing to learn
• Comfortable with prospecting and rejection
• Takes initiative and has a strong work ethic
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Available to work weekends as required
• Serious about building a long-term career in real estate
