About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our warehouse operations.
Your key responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
Receiving incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Manual Handling up to 24kg
Accurately record received goods into the inventory system and ensure proper labeling and organisation within the warehouse.
Collaborate with procurement and purchase departments to resolve any shipment or order discrepancies.
Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate picking and packing of products according to delivery schedules.
Coordinate with delivery drivers and courier services to ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers or other designated locations.
Keep detailed records of dispatched items, including tracking information and delivery accuracy.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Comply with all safety and security procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
Troubleshoot any logistical issues that may arise and work proactively to prevent delays or disruptions in operations.

- Be comfortable and capable of completing manual handling (up to 24kg)

- Be a self-starter always ready to contribute and get the job done
- Bring basic computer knowledge
- Be tidy, organized and have an eye for detail.
- Forklift License necessary
