About the role
Insight Early Learning is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III or Diploma qualified) to join our growing team across our Chadstone and Burwood childcare centres.
We currently have:
Full-Time opportunities based at our Chadstone centre
Casual/Part-Time opportunities for educators who are flexible and open to working across both Chadstone and Burwood centres

In this role, you will be part of a team that advocates for children and supports Insight Early Learning’s philosophy of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability, and Equity, while helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will be responsible for implementing an approved learning framework and supporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
A typical day includes:
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages self-confidence and self-esteem
Actively supervising and interacting with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
Working collaboratively as part of a team
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Following Insight Early Learning's philosophy, policies, and procedures
Educating and caring for children as part of a team in a national company that recognises and rewards great team members
Being coached and mentored by our experienced Educational Leader and service management
We welcome applications from Cert III or Diploma Qualified Educators. The ideal candidate may have some prior experience or be starting their career in early childhood education. You should have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (must have)
Current and valid Working with Children Check (Employee Card)
A passion for high-quality early childhood education
Confidence implementing the EYLF and contributing to meaningful learning programs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
The ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
A willingness to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded to support communication with children and families (nice to have)
