Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair mechanical and auto-electrical systems out in the field

• Track down faults quickly and deliver reliable, high-quality fixes every time

• Bring professional, responsive customer service to every on-site visit

• Keep service documentation accurate and up to date

• Take pride in maintaining your company vehicle, tools and equipment to a high standard

• Work safely, in line with company and industry WHS standards

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll bring:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or Forklift Technician

• Sharp mechanical and/or auto-electrical diagnostic skills

• Hydraulic or diesel experience? A definite plus

• Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician (highly regarded)

• Advanced auto-electrical fault-finding skills (desirable)

• The confidence to work independently and own your day

• Great communication skills and a genuine customer-focused mindset

• A valid NSW driver's license (essential)

• A proactive, safety-first approach to quality workmanship
