Psychologist - Hybrid (In-Person and Telehealth) role

Company Description:Calm Minds Clinic is an established holistic healthcare clinic committed to building a dynamic team of allied health professionals.
Role Description:This is a contract role for a General Psychologist, or Clinical Psychologist. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing individual therapy, conducting psychological assessments, and developing treatment plans. This is a hybrid role, with work being performed at home and on-site at a clinic in Wynyard (TAS) or Geelong (VIC).
Qualifications and Experience:Excellent communication and listening skillsKnowledge of best-practice interventionsExperience working with diverse populationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesMinimum one year experience with demonstrated knowledge of evidenced based practicesGenerally Registered or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA registered)It is desirable that you hold a Medicare Provider Number (though, support can be given to attain this).
About You:Experience working with NDIS clients is highly desirableAn interest or willingness in completing psychological assessments (ASD, ADHD, Cognitive (WAIS, WISC, WIAT))Experience working with clients across the lifespan who present with various presentationsAbility to work independently and able to commit to the clients referred to you by Calm Minds Clinic (at a minimum of two days per week)Own ABN (or have willingness to obtain one)Own computer/ laptop to engage with clients who prefer to be seen via Telehealth (must also have stable internet connection and a private workspace whilst working from home).
