Site Manager – High-End Architectural Joinery

Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker or Joinery Installer ready to take the next step in your career?

Kurv Living is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our joinery installations across high-end residential projects throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong cabinet making and installation background who is ready to step into a leadership role, while still using their practical knowledge and experience on site.

You'll work across custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes and architectural joinery, collaborating with some of Melbourne's leading builders, architects and designers.

The Role

As our Site Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating our projects on site and ensuring every installation is delivered efficiently and to the standard expected of Kurv Living.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating joinery installations across multiple projects

• Coordinating and overseeing our subcontract installation teams

• Liaising with builders, site supervisors and our internal Project Management and Production teams

• Checking site readiness prior to installation

• Reviewing drawings and resolving installation and site-related issues

• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring a high standard of workmanship

• Managing defects, rectification works and project handovers

• Providing clear updates on installation progress, delays and site issues

• Being hands-on when required to help resolve technical or installation challenges

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you're a qualified Cabinet Maker with extensive experience in high-end residential joinery and installation.

You'll have:

• Strong knowledge of cabinet making and joinery installation

• Experience working on high-end residential projects

• Excellent understanding of technical and shop drawings

• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

• The ability to identify and solve problems on site

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Confidence dealing directly with builders, supervisors and trades

• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your sites

Previous management experience would be highly regarded, but we're also interested in experienced cabinet makers and installers who are ready to take the next step into site management.
