Responsibilities:

• Expert Diagnosis: Provide expert advice regarding the current mechanical condition of vehicles.

• Thorough Diagnosis: Utilize your skills to diagnose and ensure the correct operation of vehicles.

• Mechanical Repairs: Skillfully repair mechanical parts, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.

• Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance and training to apprentice service technicians, fostering a positive learning environment.

• Safety Priority: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialized equipment.

• Team Spirit: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team spirit within our easy-going and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Trade Qualification: Possess an Australian Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic or equivalent.

• Experience: Preferably Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in motor mechanics.

• Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.

• Problem-Solving: Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dealership Experience: Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay Types: Overtime pay

Ability to Commute: Ciccone, NT 0870 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Preferred, relocation to Ciccone, NT 0870 before starting work.
