Head of Recurring Revenue – Australia & New Zealand
Lead Growth. Build High-Performing Teams. Create Long-Term Customer Value.
BOA is seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to join us as our Head of Recurring Revenue – Australia and New Zealand.
This is one of the most influential leadership positions within BOA and is responsible for driving the growth, performance and profitability of our recurring revenue business across the ANZ region.
This is not a traditional desk-based sales management role. You will lead and develop our Key Account Management team while remaining highly active in the field—partnering with customers, supporting Account Managers, developing strategic accounts and helping grow BOA’s dealer network throughout Australia and New Zealand.
You will play a key role in ensuring every BOA customer receives premium onboarding, exceptional ongoing support and measurable long-term value from their partnership with us.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and Develop the Team
You will lead and support BOA’s Key Account Management team across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coaching and developing Key Account Managers.
Setting clear expectations and performance targets.
Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
Conducting regular reviews, coaching sessions and customer visits.
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team.
Grow Recurring Revenue
You will be responsible for growing BOA’s recurring revenue and profitability across ANZ.
This includes:
Achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
Increasing customer spend on BOA products and services.
Identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Improving customer retention and reducing customer loss.
Increasing the use of BOAhub and other BOA systems.
Maximising the long-term value of each customer.
Manage Key Customer Relationships
You will work closely with Key Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and grow strategic accounts.
You will:
Attend important customer meetings.
Support account planning and business reviews.
Identify customer needs, risks and growth opportunities.
Assist with pricing, technical support and commercial discussions.
Develop action plans for customers requiring additional support.
Personally manage selected national accounts.
Support Dealer Network Growth
You will work with the New Business team to help grow BOA’s dealer network across Australia and New Zealand.
This includes:
Supporting dealer presentations and commercial discussions.
Assisting with dealer business plans and growth strategies.
Leading the onboarding of new dealers.
Building strong relationships with dealer owners and key contacts.
Helping dealers increase recurring revenue and achieve long-term success.
Sharing customer and market opportunities with the New Business team.
Improve Customer Onboarding and Success
You will ensure customers receive a high-quality experience from the beginning of their partnership with BOA.
You will:
Oversee the onboarding of new customers and dealers.
Ensure customers receive product and system training.
Support the implementation of BOApods and workshop solutions.
Encourage BOAhub use and customer engagement.
Help customers achieve measurable value from BOA’s products and services.
Work in the Field
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular travel across Australia and New Zealand.
You will spend approximately two to three days per week:
Visiting customers and dealers.
Travelling with Key Account Managers.
Supporting customer meetings and negotiations.
Coaching team members in the field.
Identifying new business and account growth opportunities.
Manage Commercial Performance
You will monitor customer profitability and make commercially sound decisions.
This includes:
Reviewing customer pricing and margins.
Identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
Negotiating commercial agreements.
Managing pricing changes.
Monitoring account performance.
Balancing revenue growth with long-term profitability.
About You
You are an experienced commercial leader who can develop people, build strong customer relationships and deliver profitable growth.
Experience in mining, civil construction, earthmoving, plant hire, agriculture, forestry, heavy machinery or industrial products would be helpful but is not essential.
Experience working with dealer or distributor networks would also be an advantage.
Technical knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Supported the successful onboarding and growth of new dealers.
Strengthened BOA’s position as a trusted long-term hydraulic partner.
