About the role

Section 4 Security is seeking a Casual, Part time or full-time, to join our team in a High End -Retail environment. you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' protection of staff, customers, merchandise, and store assets, while maintaining the premium image of the brand through a professional presence and high standards of conduct.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a security officer or in a similar role, ideally within the experience in high-end or retail security.

• Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Visible, yet approachable, security presence on the retail floor

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• A current security license and a clean criminal record check

• Class 1A security licence is required

• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays

• Australian work rights are required

What you'll be doing

• Patrolling premises and monitoring for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches

• Responding quickly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on any security-related matters

• Providing excellent customer service and a reassuring presence to customers and clients

• Collaborating with the retail management team to implement and enforce security protocols

• Ensuring the secure handling and storage of client assets and valuables

• Thorough knowledge of relevant security procedures and legislation
