Retail Sales Assistant (Full & Part Time) - 1001 Optometry Chatswood Westfield

Our mission is to provide exceptional eye care in a setting that feels more like a luxury fashion house than a clinic.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Chatswood Westfield boutique. This is a full-time role on the shop floor, supporting patients and customers through their eyewear journey, from greeting and styling through to dispensing support and aftercare.

You will work closely with the store team and optometrists, and you will be part of a busy Westfield store that serves a diverse local community.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, high-end customer experience on the shop floor

• Assist with frame styling, sales and the full patient journey

• Support optometrists and the team with dispensing, collections and aftercare

• Keep the boutique presentation to 1001 standard

• Help with daily store operations, including stock, merchandising and admin

• Build relationships with returning patients and Westfield shoppers

• Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor

• A genuine interest in fashion, service and people

• Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team

• Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands

• Available for full-time hours, including weekends as rostered

• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is preferred, given our Chatswood catchment

• Previous optical or luxury retail experience is valued, not required. We will train the right person.
