Executive Manager (Residential Aged Care)

Pathways Residences is a luxury brand in residential aged-care, operating across Sydney. We are looking for an experienced full time Executive Manager (facility manager) to lead our amazing team in Longueville NSW 2066.

This newly-built luxury home opened in November 2025, with 120 beautiful rooms (23 of which are double suites).

The home has recently passed re-registration in August 2026 with flying colours, and has been invited by the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission to apply for an exceeding rating! The residence has a strong, stable and supportive leadership team.

More about the role:

This leadership role will ensure the continued success of the residence known as Pathways Longueville. You will have overall executive responsibility for the daily operation of the residence. This key leadership role includes:

• Currently at 57 residents, the role will see you drive occupancy to 100%

• Ensuring that our amazing elderly Australians continue to receive premium care and services

• Ensuring all amenities and infrastructure are well maintained

• The food and dining experience is exceptional

• Clinical care remain outstanding

• All compliance matters from relevant Commission bodies are met and exceeded

• All family members and representatives are looked after

• All staff are supported to thrive

• Financial management of the home is exceeded

About you:

• Excellence and compassion come first

• Previous experience as a facility manager

• Must be clinical - with current AHPRA registration

• Strong, intelligent and supportive leadership abilities

• Strong financial and operational acumen
