Job Description
Within the boutique, your main mission will be to support the Boutique Director in driving overall boutique performance by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, contributing to business objectives and leading the team by example in line with Audemars Piguet's standards, values and retail vision.
As Audemars Piguet's first official boutique in Australia, this role represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment and development of the brand's presence in the market while playing a key role in fostering excellence across client experience, team performance and boutique operations.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Boutique Director in the day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring operational excellence and business performanceActing as a key leader on the floor and deputizing for the Boutique Director when requiredEnsuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across the entire client journey, in line with brand standardsMaintaining and developing a personal portfolio of key and high-potential clients while supporting client acquisition and long-term engagementSupporting the execution of client development strategies, including segmentation, portfolio management and client progression initiativesDriving client engagement through best-in-class clienteling practices and personalized relationship managementMonitoring and managing the client database (CRM) to support client development and engagementCoaching, mentoring and developing Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants to enhance selling skills, product knowledge and client experienceSupporting onboarding and the continuous development of team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentProviding day-to-day guidance and feedback to support individual and team successMaintaining a strong on-floor presence, ensuring excellence in service, brand storytelling and client experience at all timesSupporting boutique performance through close monitoring of KPIs, sales pipeline and conversionManaging daily floor coordination and ensuring seamless execution of boutique operationsSupporting stock management, merchandising standards and operational compliance requirementsBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with local, regional and global prioritiesEnsuring adherence to internal policies, operational standards and corporate governance requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilitiesProven experience as a top-performing Senior Client Consultant or in a similar leadership role within a luxury environmentStrong client-centric mindset with experience engaging HNW or VIC clienteleDemonstrated ability to coach, develop and support the performance of othersStrong sales and business acumen with the ability to contribute to commercial performance and deliver resultsExperience in client development, clienteling and relationship management within a luxury environmentLeadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, influence and support high-performing teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationshipsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with retail tools and CRM systemsWillingness to support leadership responsibilities and act as a key point of contact in the Boutique Director's absence
