CTS People and Mechanics Recruitment are expanding our operations across the mining, transportation, automotive, and heavy-diesel sectors. We are seeking an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Resourcer to support our growing team in Perth.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in recruitment, with the opportunity to learn both talent sourcing and the basics of Australian immigration processes. A sales-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for mechanical, automotive, and trade roles. 
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assess suitability.

• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Prepare concise candidate profiles and summaries.

• Maintain accurate records within CRM and recruitment platforms.

• Assist with immigration-related administration such as document collection and basic visa preparation tasks.

• Support job advertising, recruitment campaigns, and general team administration.
• Provide professional service to candidates and contribute to team sales outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply.

• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with candidates daily.

• Basic awareness of Australian visa types (e.g., WHV, 482) is advantageous.

• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
