Air Conditioning Installer – Team Leader

Location: Liverpool, NSW (servicing Sydney Metro & Wollongong)

We’re a well-established and growing air conditioning company looking for an experienced Team Leader Air Conditioning Installer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality residential and commercial installations.

About the Role

• Lead and work alongside an installation team on residential and commercial projects.

• Install split systems, ducted systems, multi-head and VRV/VRF systems.

• Coordinate jobs to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Mentor apprentices and junior installers.

• Liaise with customers and office staff to ensure a smooth installation process.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience installing residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.

• Current Driver Licence.

• White Card.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot installation issues.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
