About the role
Recovery Alliance Care is looking for an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Client Care Coordinator to join our growing NDIS team.
This is an important role for someone who understands mental health, psychosocial disability and complex support needs, and who can build strong relationships with participants, families, support workers and external professionals.
You will be responsible for helping ensure our participants receive consistent, high-quality, person-centred support while also supporting our frontline team to deliver services safely and effectively.
As a Mental Health Client Care Coordinator, you will work closely with participants living with psychosocial disability and complex mental health needs.
Your role will include:
The role requires someone who can confidently work with people experiencing complex and changing circumstances. Mental health and psychosocial disability work requires a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach and strong professional boundaries.
We are looking for someone who is:
Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following would be highly regarded:
A qualification in Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field would be highly regarded. The NDIS also recognises qualifications such as Certificate IV in Mental Health or Mental Health Peer Work for many psychosocial support roles.
