SIGNAGE - Allrounder (Production, Fabrication & Installation)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated signage all-rounder to join our growing team.

This hands-on role involves the manufacture, assembly and on-site installation of custom signs & 3D signage. Duties include painting, fabrication, LED wiring, final assembly and installing completed signage at customer sites.

• Preparing and finishing signage components

• 2Pac spray painting and general paintwork

• Assembling 3D letters and illuminated signage

• LED wiring and installation within signage products

• Installing signage at customer sites

• Measuring, positioning and securely fixing signage to various surfaces

• Using ladders, elevated work platforms and access equipment where required

• Loading, transporting and unloading signage and installation equipment

• General fabrication and workshop duties

• Conducting quality control and final product inspections

• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop and worksite

• Assisting with packing and dispatch when required

• Following workplace health and safety procedures in the workshop and on-site

• Experience with 2Pac or industrial spray painting

• Experience in signage installation, construction, shopfitting or a similar hands-on role

• Knowledge of signage fabrication or similar manufacturing work preferred

• Basic understanding of LED wiring and electrical assembly

• Ability to safely and confidently use hand and power tools

• Ability to take accurate measurements and complete installations to a high standard

• Comfortable working at heights and carrying out physically active work (incl certs/tickets)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude

• Current driver’s licence

• Construction White Card
