We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesperson to join our Wongan Hills team. 

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers and retail customers; the focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods

• Conduct counter sales while delivering exceptional customer service

• Assisting customers with pricing and product queries

• Maintaining safety processes

• Assisting with merchandise campaign material

• Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store and environment

• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a team environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. Knowledge of rural merchandise is desirable but not essential. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.

• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.

• Willingness to learn and have a ‘can-do "attitude

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.

• A current driver’s license is essential.

• MR License & Forklift ticket is desirable, but not mandatory
