What’s the role?

You’ll be at the centre of supporting commercial and agribusiness customers as part of our Regional Commercial and Agribusiness team. Based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, this is a full-time role where you’ll manage a portfolio of established customers while building trusted new relationships.

You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s business, ambitions and challenges, then connect them with the right insights, solutions and support. You’ll work closely with specialists across Westpac, bringing different perspectives together to assess opportunities, structure lending and help customers move forward with confidence.

No two days will look the same. You might be meeting with customers, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with specialists to deliver tailored solutions or supporting customers through important growth and investment decisions.

You’ll join a highly connected team that values strong relationships, local market knowledge and delivering great customer outcomes. If you enjoy building trust, developing new business and making a meaningful impact, you’ll feel right at home in this role.

What do I need?

• Experience in agribusiness or commercial banking

• Proven customer acquisition and business development capability

• Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

• A customer first approach with the ability to grow and develop a portfolio
