About the role
Warehouse Administrator
Due to continued business growth, we’re seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our Villawood location. This position can be offered on either a full-time permanent role or part-time permanent role, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
· Allocate and process daily customer orders, including printing pick slips and generating invoices
· Coordinate freight bookings and communicate with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch
· Manage product returns in line with company procedures
· Act as the first point of contact for warehouse-related enquiries, including parcel deliveries and general support
· Provide administrative support to the warehouse and operations team as required
· Maintain document records and ensure weekly distribution to relevant departments
· Assist with other warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Warehouse Administrator
Minimum 1 year experience with CHEP pallet control (preferred but not required)
Confident using computer systems such as SAP, Excel, and other WMS platforms
Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety standards
Ability to multitask effectively
High attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 1 year experience as a Storeperson (preferred but not required)
Valid forklift licence (preferred but not required)
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including writing professional emails and communicating effectively with a diverse range of people.
