Senior Project Manager

Oversees and manages market sectors within P&C’s portfolio of projects. Responsible for securing new opportunities and managing a staff to ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and meets P&C’s quality standards. Develops and maintains professional and client relationships and provides development opportunities for project team members.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of project scope and approach Understanding of estimating, scheduling, sustainability measures (i.e., LEED), budget control Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail oriented and analytical High degree of integrity and professionalism Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Vista, and Procore

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field Equivalent field experience in lieu of degree Minimum seven years’ experience as Project Manager
