Reports To: Operations Manager
Department: Operations & Supply Chain
Location: Based in NSW (with occasional travel between sites)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations across our NSW (Castle Hill and Morisset) and VIC locations. This role plays a critical part in managing day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between administration, purchasing, logistics and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee stock management across NSW and VIC warehouses.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.
Report stock availability to the sales team and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for both international and Domestic (Metro & State) shipments.
Supervise weekly cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper labelling, storage, and quality control of warehouse goods.
Lead and supervise the warehouse team.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of orders with correct packaging and quality checks.
Operate warehouse equipment such as counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
Load and unload containers and trucks across multiple sites including Castle Hill, Morisset and Knoxfield Vic as required.
Assist with assembly of equipment when necessary.
Travel between warehouses as necessary.
Continuously improve warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and space utilisation.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Manage returns, damaged goods, and general warehouse upkeep.
Sales Support & Interdepartmental Coordination:
Provide product training to the sales team when needed.
Collaborate with multiple departments including Morisset & VIC warehouses, Accounts, Sales and Management.
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases.
Train new hires in both warehouse and accounts functions.
Address and resolve customer complaints or special requests.
Offer suggestions for quality improvement and process optimisation.
Liaise with local suppliers and transport providers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
Strong understanding of MYOB and eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce.
Proficient in financial reconciliations and general accounts processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment and logistics coordination.
Forklift license (counterbalance and high reach) preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and solve problems effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in both admin and stock control functions.
Willingness to travel between sites and provide hands-on support where needed.
Work Conditions:
Based in NSW with travel to Morisset and VIC warehouse as necessary.
Physical warehouse work as required, including forklift operations.
Mix of office-based administrative duties and on-site warehouse management.
