Our ‘self-employed’ model enables you to achieve uncapped earnings and an ability to diversify your business. You will be working in a supportive team environment and with other driven team members who are settling $5 million + per month.

Due to company expansion, we are seeking highly motivated and driven Mortgage Brokers to join our growing team; This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning elite finance and property group.

To be successful in joining our high performing team, you will need to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a mortgage broker with strong technical skills and product knowledge
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with house and land construction finance
• Impeccable approach to client services
• Minimum – Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred or ability to obtain
• FBAA or MFAA membership
• Ability to undergo a CV check through our Aggregator (nMB – National Mortgage Brokers) and all other industry relevant checks and certifications
• Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client’s expectations and business performance requirements.
• Be an excellent communicator
• Experience with BrokerEngine is highly regarded
• Availability to service clients during evenings and weekends is a must
• Hold an ABN or ability to obtain one
• Pass a reference check
