Position: Scribe

Location: Canberra

Clearance requirements: A security clearance is highly desirable but not essential

OVERVIEW
We are seeking experienced scribes to assist our APS clients with recruitment for ongoing positions from APS2 – EL2 levels. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend Selection Panel interviews in person or via Teams to take comprehensive notes to capture the deliberations and decisions accurately
• Produce high quality interview reports in line with APS/Departmental Recruitment Guidelines
• Conduct reference checks

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience in scribing within the APS
• Understanding of the APS Legislative Framework that underpins all APS recruitment
• Ability to be flexible with assignments
• Ability to complete accurate reports within a tight deadline
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated disciplines within HR and or Recruitment is highly desirable but not essential
