Transport Operations Coordinator - Night Shift

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Transport Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support within our Transport Distribution Centre (DC) in Wetherill Park, Sydney.

Roster – Sunday to Thursday on night shift (22:00 – 06:00).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks related to fleet and transport operations.

• Organise and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in maintaining the fleet and maintenance data base and schedule.

• Support scheduling and coordination of transport logistics as needed.

• Assist with financial tracking and record-keeping related to transport and fleet operations.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

About You:

• Relevant general clerical/administrative experience preferably within a fleet or transport operations.

• Intermediate user proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using ERP and Transport management systems and tools is preferred but not required.

• Strong team player with the ability to support team members effectively.
