We are a growing wholesale hair and beauty company looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused person to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hairdressing experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role

You'll be the friendly voice and face at our New Town store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations

• Processing orders and managing customer accounts

• Merchandising, monitoring stock and ordering

• Contributing to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Hairdressing or beauty experience

• Previous customer service experience

• A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a great sense of humour
