Experienced Field Service Fitter/Site Supervisor - DAY SHIFT ONLY

About the role

We're looking for a skilled Field Service Fitter and Supervisor to take ownership of all Hunter Valley maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter

• Strong field service or mobile plant maintenance experience

• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead from the front and drive high standards

• Strong expertise across CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment

• Advanced fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while effectively managing priorities

• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients

• Strong safety focus with experience working in mining and/or construction environments

This opportunity does not suit a DIDO / FIFO arrangement and requires someone locally based in The Hunter Valley region
