With over 40 branches across Australia, we are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Brisbane-based team at our HQ in Pinkenba.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this is a hands-on, people-focused role supporting our national, multi-site workforce where no two days are the same!

• Partnering with our Regional and Branch Managers you will be Coaching, advising and supporting managers on performance issues, employee development, and policy interpretation

• Managing and supporting the resolution of employee relations matters

• Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, company policies, and Modern Awards

• Providing support with recruitment and onboarding to ensure we attract, hire and onboard top talent

• Partnering with leaders to promote a positive people experience consistent with our values across all sites

• Contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist HR role…extra brownie points if it’s within a multi-site or industrial environment

• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust with operational leaders

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability

• Confidence working independently, managing priorities, and delivering consistent outcomes

• HR or Business-related qualifications are highly regarded
