Build Relationships: Become the trusted go-to expert for local tradies. Mateship equals repeat business.
Learn & Earn: Master our product lines quickly to give expert advice, nail the upsell, and smash targets.
Own the Floor: Keep the showroom looking sharp and breeze through checkout transactions (we’ll train you on the POS).

Who You Are

The Background: You have a solid background in Sales, Retail, or a Trade.
The Hustler: You are high-energy, fiercely competitive, and hungry to learn. You know your effort dictates your paycheck.
The Connector: You naturally build rapport and know that authentic relationships are the foundation of high sales.

The Perks

The Money: Multiple opportunities for pay increases in the $1,000s each year based on your performance.
The Roster: Reliable and consistent 5 day, 6 day weeks a fortnight (includes one weekend day).
