About The Role

We're seeking a Planning Analytics Developer to design, build, and optimise IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions and continuously improve planning and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processesBuild and enhance dashboards and reports using PAW and PAfESupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesDevelop financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce planning)Manage TM1 security, access, and data governanceDesign and maintain data integrations (ERP, data warehouse, etc.)Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliationProvide stakeholder support, troubleshooting, and technical guidanceIdentify and implement system and performance improvements

About You

You are an analytical and solutions focused Planning Analytics Developer with 3-7+ years of IBM TM1 experience.Strong TurboIntegrator (TI) skillsExpertise in cube design and rule optimisationExperienced in supporting FP&A processesProactive self‑starter with strong communication skillsCapable of managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPassion for continuous improvement, including leveraging data and AI toolsWilling to commute to Vales Point Power Station one day per week
