Emergency Response Training Consultant - Casual or Full-Time

A fantastic opportunity awaits to join the Riklan team of elite training consultants and be rewarded with an attractive annual salary package as well as the opportunity to share your wealth of experience with on site Emergency Responders.

Commencing annual salary is between $120-140K p/a plus Super, with a review after 12 months. Your potential earning capacity at Riklan as one of our Emergency Response Training Consultants is up to $160K p/a + Super and 6 weeks annual leave subject to meeting our employment criteria.

The MINIMUM requirements for this position are as follows:

- Mining industry experience (5 years), preferably with demonstrated Emergency Response Team involvement

- Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment with a minimum 2 years facilitation experience

- Certificate III (RII30719) - Emergency Response and Rescue AND/OR Certificate III (PUA30622) - Public Safety (Firefighting & Emergency Operations)

- BG4/Pro Air experience and certification highly regarded

- First Aid up to Certificate II level or higher

- Active and Physically Fit – Must be able to pass a strict medical and functional assessment

- Recent National Police Clearance

- Current C Class Driver's License (WA)

- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

- High attention to detail and accuracy

The successful applicant will be local to the Perth metropolitan area and possess a proven track record and sound reputation across all emergency response disciplines as well as the ability to gain and retain new skills and knowledge quickly.

With a view for this position to commence immediately, your starting package will be negotiated based on your current experience. The successful applicant will also be offered ongoing professional development to maintain the standards required of a Riklan training consultant.
