Forklift Operator / Warehouse Assistant

Alfresco Emporium is a leading Australian speciality retailer of lifestyle and dining products, supplying global brands, as well as our own exclusive lines.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Storeperson with a forklift licence to join our busy Warehouse team located in Brookvale. (Please note, if you do not have a forklift and drivers licence you will not be considered).

Hours are 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

The role will include the following tasks:

• Unpacking shipping containers
• Moving stock from warehouse to retail store
• Packing and unpacking trucks between shop and warehouse
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Checking stock quality prior to it being sent to customers
• Picking and filling orders

In order to be successful in your application you:

• must be capable of lifting up to 20 kilos
• Current Forklift Licence
• must have a current Drivers Licence
• must have high attention to detail
• will have previous experience working in a warehouse.

Our team is growing and this role will require the ability to work with others as well as working independently.
