Goodyear has been operating in Australia since 1915 when it formed a distribution company, based in Sydney, Australia. It quickly expanded as it established a Melbourne office, and soon after had distribution arrangements in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and New Zealand. In 1989, Goodyear began franchising a multi-brand Tyre and automotive services retail shop with a sales focus on Goodyear products.

Assistant Store Manager- 2IC:

What would you need to have:

• A professional salesperson with A LOVE for customer service

• People management, coaching and development

• Effective inventory control and stock take experience (conducted monthly)

• The desire to achieve over and above-pre-set goals and K.P.I’s

• The hunger to grow the sales and reap the rewards

• The ability to market and cold call in your community

• Bring new ideas forward with displays, promotions and events at your store

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Driving sales and customer service

• Understand various brands and recommend the right tire as per the customer's needs

• Removing and replacing tyres

• Diagnosing tire damage & wear

• Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels

• Performing puncture repairs conforming to relevant standards

• Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment.
