About the role

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our leading home furnishings divsion. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Strive to achieve weekly targets

• Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in a compelling and informative manner

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

• Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries

We are looking for sales consultants across our 15 store network:

CRAIGIEBURN, ESSENDON, HOPPERS CROSSING, MARIBYRNONG,  PRESTON,  SOUTH MORANG, SPRINGVALE, WATERGARDENS, CHIRNSIDE PARK, CRANBOURNE ,FOUNTAIN GATE, FRANKSTON, MORNINGTON, MENTONE, NUNAWADING, RICHMOND

• Sales experience is helpful but not a prerequisite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continually learn about new products and trends

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

• Flexibility to work weekends as needed to meet customer demands
