About the role

• Basic experience in underground/open pit mining, blasting support, or similar site work 
• Able to follow safety procedures, blast instructions, and supervisor directions at all times
• Physically fit and willing to work underground on a rostered schedule
• Good teamwork and communication skills to work with Shotfirer and UG crews
• Open to local Oyu Tolgoi site requirements and committed to safe, disciplined work practices
