Clinical Nurse - Theatre Recovery

We are currently recruiting for experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Full Time opportunity!                                  

Hollywood Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to take a senior position in our team providing care to patients within Theatre Recovery. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.

About You:
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience with at least 3 years in PACU, in a senior role
• Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
• A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
• Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential.

Overall, you are willing to take on the challenge of this role, to learn, extend and grow your career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $56.40 - $59.93 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife gr2.1- 2.4)
