Early Childhood Teacher

Children’s Village Spring Farm is looking for an exceptional and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Prep Room and become an important part of our growing service and community.

Our service is a beautiful, custom-built, purpose-built early learning environment, designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, independence and meaningful learning. We are proud to have a strong and growing community presence and are looking for an ECT who wants to think outside the box and create something truly special for children and families.

About the Role

As the Early Childhood Teacher leading our Prep Room, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an engaging, high-quality educational program that supports children's learning, development and transition to school.

You will have the opportunity to lead, inspire and work collaboratively with a supportive team while building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Current NESA accreditation – Provisional accreditation is welcome
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in early childhood education
• Experience leading or confidently contributing to an educational program
• A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
• A current NSW Working With Children Check
• A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing

Pay: $50.00 – $79.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
