Are you a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with extensive experience on Liebherr and Hitachi excavators looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you're a Leading Hand or Maintenance Supervisor ready to get back into a technical, hands-on role?

We're seeking an experienced Digger Specialist to support our Goldfields operations. This role is best suited to someone with extensive diagnostic skills, maintenance and troubleshooting experience on hydraulic excavators, who enjoys solving complex technical issues and sharing their knowledge with others.

What your day looks like:

• Apply your technical expertise to support structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet.

• Provide specialist support with a strong focus on Liebherr and Hitachi excavators.

• Mentor and upskill on-site maintenance teams by sharing your knowledge and practical experience.

• Work closely with site supervisors to improve team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards.

• Drive equipment reliability and frontline maintenance performance where your expertise will make a genuine impact.

What we'll need from you:

• 5+ years post-trade experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Liebherr and Hitachi hydraulic excavators is essential.

• Experience with Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment will be highly regarded.

• Australian recognised Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification.

• Previous experience in a Field Service, Leading Hand or Technical Specialist role would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting site teams.
