Site Supervisor

We are a local building company based in Tweed Heads and are seeking another skilled Site Supervisor to join our team for projects in the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, forward-thinking individual with excellent supervision and carpentry skills. We would value someone who takes pride in their work with an eye for detail, respectful of others, and has had a variety of experience on differing projects with the ability to supervise various projects.

This position is full-time.

You will need to be a team player working towards team goals however can work individually and unsupervised when required to. The ideal candidate will be reliable, fit and healthy, with a hardworking, can-do attitude. Through support and training, you should be keen and willing to learn new skills as you look to develop your knowledge in general building aspects with future position advancement available for the excelled candidate.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
• Be reliable, punctual and well organised
• Be self motivated with good work ethic and can work as part of a team
• Have an eye for detail
• Qualified Carpenter
• Cert iv in Building and Construction or the like
• Hold a White Card and drivers licence
