We are seeking an experienced and motivated Streetscape Supervisor to lead the delivery of streetscape maintenance services across the City.  In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise operational teams and contractors responsible for litter management, street sweeping, turf maintenance and the presentation of public spaces.  You will coordinate maintenance programs, monitor service standards, manage contracts and budgets, champion workplace safety culture and provide expert advice to stakeholders and customers.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:

• Extensive experience supervising operations maintenance teams and contractors
• Strong knowledge public open space maintenance including mowing, litter management and street sweeping services
• Comprehensive knowledge in developing and implementing maintenance programs and schedules
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills
• Intermediate level of computer skills
• Well-developed knowledge of WHS legislation, policies and practices
• Demonstrated experience, managing annual budgets, contracts, service requests
• Experience in employee supervision, coaching and performance management
• Experience in the procurement and contract administration
• Diploma or Certificate in Management, Public Open Space Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience into a similar position
• Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence

We are offering a gross salary package from $102,707 to $110,461 per annum, depending on skills and experience and:  

• 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
